Silicone rubber fiberglass cloth is a high temperature high-strength glass fiber cloth as the substrate, made of silicone rubber composite made by special technology, is a high performance, multi-composite materials. Has been widely used in aerospace, chemical, petroleum, large-scale power generation equipment, machinery, metallurgy, electrical insulation and construction.
A main performance characteristics:
1, excellent high temperature, low temperature performance (low temperature -70 ℃, high temperature between 260 ℃); good insulation properties.
2, high intensity; both soft and toughness, can be cut processing.
3, good chemical resistance; anti-oil, water [scrub]
4, heat aging and weathering resistance, and resistance to ozone, oxygen, light and so on.
5, with high insulation properties, dielectric constant of 3 to 3.2, the breakdown voltage of 20 ~ 50kv / mm.

     ① Electrical Insulation
Silicone rubber coated fiberglass membrane materials with high electrical insulation levels, can withstand high voltage load, can be made of insulating cloth, casing and other products.
② non-metallic compensation
Non-metallic compensation as a flexible pipe connecting devices, which can solve the problem of thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline damage, silicone rubber coated fiberglass membrane materials as a substrate of flexible expansion joints, has a high temperature, corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, excellent elasticity and flexibility. Note: Silicone rubber cloth can not be used ingredients containing flue gas SO2 and water vapor occasions.
